Picking 2015 favourites wasn't as hard as I originally thought. I just went for the things I go for the most, so here it is - I tried to go by a face of makeup, but there are extra bits too!
1. The Perfum - Chanel Chance Eau Tendre - my smell. I cannot get enough of this, I got a new bottle for christmas, which was much needed too! :)
2. The Nail Polish - Nails Inc Lexington Gardens - The perfect pastel purple. Whenever I have this on my nails it just looks fab, I have had this on my nails countless times this year.
3. The Brushes - two picks, I cannot choose between them (mainly because I usually don't need to as I use them both daily)
- Bobbi Brown Full Coverage Face Brush - the perfect tool for a matte, high coverage foundation. Everyone needs this brush in their collection :)
- Real Techniques Buffing Brush - This is the boss at blending in concealer. It wins hands down, only bad side is that it is exclusive to a set, so you need to buy the set to own it... but it is worth the cash!
4. The Foundation - MAC studio Fixin NC15. My perfect full coverage foundation - which most importantly does not make me orange, which is always a bonus!
5. The Highlighter - The Balm Mary Lou-Manizer - Beautiful in every way, Mary Lou is my perfect highlight. So much so she has ended the search for highlighters (which for a while was a tad obsessive)
6. The Blush - I really couldn't choose... but in my defence they are practically the same colour.
- MAC Blush Baby - Matte, subtle, perfect for when you are highlighting, flush of colour without being obvious.
- Hourglass Ambient Lighting Mood Exposure - pretty much exact same as above, but in beautiful packaging and ever so slightly lighter.
7. The Eyeshadows - The MAC palette. I am so proud of this, made up by yours truely for a small fortune - but so so worth it. there isnt a colour on there I am unhappy with. Standouts are Woodwinked, Amber Lights and Sumptous Olive :)
8. The Lipsticks.
- Bold - Maybelline Devine Wine - Matte, purple red, beautiful.
- Nude - MAC Honey Love - Paler than Velvet teddy, but my perfect nude. I can see this being the first lipstick I manage to finish!
9. Clothes - The TU Green Parka - I bought this as a summer raincoat...yet I wear it all the time. Good chance if you bump into me - i'll have this on
10. Shoes - The Leather Vans - Bought in summer, these are never off my feet. they go with everything and they are so so comfy! Everyone needs a pair of slip on vans.
11. Jewellery - My Gran's Necklace - Simple yet stunning, I feel so fancy when I wear this.
12. Food - Basically anything salted caramel.. coffee.. cake... popcorn? I'll eat it (no wonder I am so chubby now!)
13. Drink - Vanilla Latte - Daily. Always, i've even converted Iain. This is my perfect drink, especially with cake.
14. People - AJ & Iain always.
