Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation Review & Swatches

I think I am ready to say this.... This is the best foundation I have ever used. Move over Sheer Glow, this is the new favourite. Why? Because it stays put - on my oily nose, ALL DAY. Which is a miracle status in my opinion. So here is the full review!



Colour Range: 
The colour range is fab! They have over 40 shades available, and all different undertones, so finding the perfect match was pretty straight forward (which can be a nightmare at times - especially with my neutral yellow - pale skin tone) The shade 005 is the perfect match for me, the best match I have had actually.

Application: 
The application is perfect for this, it blends in beautifully with a beauty blender or a brush. The one issue I have with it is the smell - it has the high end, rose, gran smell - luckily it doesn't last long though, so not too much of an issue, but something to bear in mind if you have issues with smells.

Coverage: 
The coverage is beautiful, it covers all my redness beautifully, and with one layer I would say it was full coverage. I hate the term "buildable" as I want one layer to do - so this is definitely hitting the mark where it comes to coverage.

After 1 Hour:
(And my eye watering and wearing glasses lol)



After 12 Hours:
12 hours is a long ass time to be wearing makeup, but to see it is still on my nose is INSANE for me. Normally after 4-5 my nose has began to come away, and my oil shining like crazy, but this is no touch ups, nothing, and its still there. Sure it is a little cakey around the bottom now, and my spots are shining though, but other than that it is amazing results.


Overall Results:
I am so obsessed with this foundation now, and it had hard competition to beat - but without a doubt this is my new favourite. One which I will be replacing once it is finished too! LOVE IT! :)
