A New Palette Review...

I love a new palette launch, and Urban Decay always does it so well. Their newest naked palette is a purple twist on a Naked classic.  They very kindly sent me this to try out. I was so excited to try it out and see what I made of it.
I will forever love the Urban Decay formula, its reliable, pigmented, blendable and easy to work with. This palette does not disappoint in terms of the formula, the colours are soft, easy to blend and complement one another beautifully.

For me, well lockdown brows aside - I am finding myself to be more of a neutral lover since being allowed back into public again - so the purple is nice for a change, but not something I really want to do a dramatic eye with anymore. I find myself opting for warm brown tones as my favourites - purple being the last thing on my mind - but this was lovely to play around with.

*Note, my last arm swatch (Cause I now have a tattoo where these swatches are!

I can see myself opting for this on a night out (hopefully those start happening again soon?), doing a smokey purple eye, but for now, I will enjoy using it to insert a pop of colour when I'm bored of brown. Something just a little bit different - rather than being completely bold and different.

A palette for those who just want to dip our toes into the water rather than jumping straight in.
