Project Pan 2017

I did a project pan post back in 2016 (you can view that here) but I totally forgot and just put it aside. Part of me hates the idea of project pan, the idea of using something up, finishing it and being over, but another part is now loving that idea. Actually USING the things I love, finishing them, and repurchasing them if I really did love them, or replacing with something a bit different.

I have been really into watching project pan videos on YouTube the past few weeks, I must admit I have learned quite a lot from watching them, either things I want to do - or things I want to avoid. I aim to use things I love, and to giveaway bits I am not using. I also want to photograph progress to see how quickly I actually using things - I am hoping this gives me a better insight when buying things - well that is the plan anyways!

So here are the bits I want to use more, and use up:

1. MAC Honey Love £16.50
My favourite lipstick. This one won't last long, I really love how it looks with a slightly darker liner, it really is stunning. Have zero issues wearing this daily!

2. Urban Decay Naked Basics £24.00
I use this palette pretty much daily for brows, brow highlight or eyeshadow base. It is a stunning little palette and so perfect for everyday use.

3. Becca Champagne Pop Â£32.00
My friend Brooklyn has hit pan on this HARD, mine definitely has a dip but I think it would be an achievement to actually hit pan on a highlighter. And I use this one more than any of the others, so why not try to? :)

4. Too Faced Cocoa Contour £32.00
I really love the top two shades here - the light Cocoa and Medium coco are my perfect contouring shades, but the bottom two I never use. My aim is to finish the ones I like and depot the darker to use as an eyeshadow, and get rid of the highlight - because its terrible... harsh yet true!

5. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in "Mood Exposure" £32.00
I LOVE this blush, it is my favourite and most used by far! But I do realise now that I have flattened this once rounded blush - and I would really like to see pan on it!

So there is the bits I want to use up, Fingers crossed I at least hit pan by the end of this year.

Have you ever done a project pan? Have you ever finished something like this? What as it? Let me know in the comments below :)
